The property is a standalone 2-bedroom house on its own compound, perfect for a family vacation. It's near the beach with taxi pickup available at the gate for 200Ksh. Security is top-notch in this gated community, with shops inside and just outside. AC in the living room and bedrooms is a blessing in Mombasa's heat 😎. Reliable water supply (tank + electric pump) and a washing machine are added perks, making stays of a few days super convenient.
Lacks solar backup especially with power outages happening in Kenya. This is new and I hope it will be addressed to fit the new Kenya. This is mainly because without power, there is no water. Perhaps an overhead tank would be the best option. 👌🏾
