The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building with concierge service (open from 8:30 am to 1:15 pm and from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm) and an elevator (20 cents, free on weekends and holidays).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily switching duration depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.

The keys to the front door are located inside a safety deposit box that opens with a code, which will be provided upon check-in.

- For those traveling by car, the apartment is located outside the restricted traffic zone and can be reached by car. Street parking is paid on blue lines or free (NOT guaranteed) on white lines.
