Additionally, located off the hallway is a small office space, ideal for those who may need to work while away. The property features air conditioning and mini split units in all the bedrooms and the living room, which you may set to your desired temperature. The property features parking for two cars in the garage, additional parking in a driveway, and a full-size washer and dryer.



SLEEPING QUARTERS

The main bedroom features a king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, a 50-inch TV with cable service, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower-tub combo. The guest bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, a 42-inch TV, a large closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower-tub combo. The third bedroom is located in the Casita, which includes a queen-sized bed, a 50-inch TV, a large closet, and access to the back patio. The ensuite bathroom in the Casita features a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



OUTDOORS

The back patio is situated on 5th hole, and features a dining table that seats six, situated under a patio cover, as well as chaise lounges for sunbathing. There is a fire feature that accommodates four people for cooler evenings. Additionally, the outdoor kitchen is available for guest use. This charming property is located in Portola Country Club, which features an 18-hole par-3 golf course for a small fee, community pools as well as pickleball and tennis courts.

Guests are invited to take part in a wide range of community activities available throughout the month. Centrally located for all of the offerings of the Coachella Valley. Just pack your sunscreen, and we will provide the sunshine!

An exterior entry security camera is present. It is not monitored and is only utilized when the home is vacant.

There is an additional nonrefundable fee for pets.

One dog per reservation is permitted unless additional pets are approved in advance.

Dogs must be under 35 pounds and at least 12 months old, unless an exception is approved in writing by the property owner.

Due to insurance requirements, certain breeds and mixes may not be permitted, including Pit Bull/Pit Bull-type breeds, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Bullmastiffs, Boxers, and similar restricted breeds.

Any exception must be approved in writing before arrival. Please do not bring a pet that does not meet these guidelines without prior approval.

Guests are responsible for their pets throughout their stay and for any damage, excessive cleaning, odor removal, or other pet-related costs.

Pets should be well supervised and may not be left unattended when doing so could result in property damage, excessive barking, or disturbance to neighbors.

Pet requirements may vary by property based on homeowner preferences and insurance requirements.
