We use reusable, refillable bottles for all soaps, shampoos, and conditioners—each filled with locally crafted Soco Soaps products to reduce waste and support Fernie makers. We choose Canadian‑made bamboo toilet paper, a more sustainable alternative to traditional paper products, and our cleaning practices are both thorough and eco‑conscious, designed to minimize environmental impact while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness. Guest Access:

The studio condo and deck/ bbq is all yours. The common areas of the building, the pool, gym, hot tub, steam room and coin laundry are all shared.

The Silver Rock Condos is located in one of Fernie’s most convenient in‑town spots — perfectly positioned between the historic downtown and the world‑class terrain of Fernie Alpine Resort. Guests enjoy the ease of being close to everything while still tucked into a quiet, scenic residential area.

• Located on McDonald Avenue, just off Highway 3

• Conveniently located right off the highway with beautiful mountain views

• A short walk or quick drive to Fernie’s shops, trails, and restaurants

• Fernie Alpine Resort: ~5 minutes by car

• Downtown Fernie: ~3 minutes by car or a 15–20 minute walk

Other Things to Note:

Just a heads‑up: the unit is on the second floor at the front of the building. It’s a studio condo, and the square footage is consistent with a typical studio layout.

The gym, hot tub, and all other amenities outside the condo unit are managed exclusively by the strata. Any closures or maintenance during your stay are determined by them and are outside of our control.



Guest Verification & Waiver Requirement

To keep our homes safe, secure, and enjoyable for everyone, all adult guests are required to complete a quick ID verification and the booking guest to sign our guest waiver after booking. Your information is kept private, handled securely, and never shared with third parties. It is used only for guest verification and to ensure a smooth, worry‑free stay. You’ll receive the verification link and waiver immediately after your reservation is confirmed. Please complete both steps promptly to finalize your booking.
