It is literally a 1 minute walk across the street to New Belgium's Flagship Brewery and a mere few minute walk to Odell's Flagship Brewery. Additionally the epicenter of old town less than a 10 minute walk. Both breweries have live music several evenings a week with open tasting rooms, with varying food trucks 7 days a week!
