The property was so nice for my birthday party! We had a great time at the property - things were clean and in a great location. Nguyen was a wonderful host and super friendly! :)

Great home for hosting an event or a large family. The kitchen and open dining room made for a great connection and hosting. The bedrooms were a great size and pretty spread apart across the first and second floors. Challenges: the “master” bedroom had two full size beds instead of a king or queen, thereby making it not feel like a true master. There were also random holes in bathrooms and outdated hardware. Overall though, a great home!

The host had excellent communication with us. The property/house was the perfect size for our party of eleven and the location made commuting to DC very convenient.
