The main bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom offers a practical single bunk bed, perfect for children or additional guests. The house is completed with a bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, an 80-litre electric water heater, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. Outside, the private patio with garden furniture, parasol, awning, and sun loungers provides the perfect spot to relax outdoors and enjoy the local climate. The property is family-friendly, offering a cot and high chair upon request.

Located in the heart of the El Palmar valley, the house is surrounded by nature, walking trails, and tradition. Just a few metres away, you can discover a working gofio mill, and nearby you can enjoy local gastronomy at renowned restaurants. There are also supermarkets in the vicinity, and the property is well connected by road to the rest of the island, making both daily shopping and excursions easy.
