This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath ranch house offers an open layout that gives everyone plenty of space to spread out: comfy living areas, a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms with Smart TV and laundry room with Washer & Dryer.
But the real magic is outside:

*St Augustine Sand volleyball court

*Location: 5 mins to downtown High Springs & only a short drive (10-15 mins) to some of Florida’s most beautiful natural springs.

Visited family in High Springs. Great neighborhood and location. House was comfortable and host was attentive. We would definitely book again.

Beautiful house with an open floor plan, very clean and seemed pretty modern. Beds were super comfortable just wish it had some extra blankets. There is plenty to do on property with the swimming pool, pickle ball court and volley ball sand court (our teens had a great time w pickle ball) Pretty well stocked w kitchen appliances/pots/pans/blender/a bucees waffle maker which put a smile on our kids’ faces. Only 2 TV in the house. I was surprised to see that the master bedroom didn’t have a TV (not a big deal if you don’t watch much TV tho) Nice, quiet neighborhood. Felt safe for sure. Publix is just a quick 10-15 minute drive. Would definitely recommend staying here and hoping to come back soon. Very close to the springs and Easton sports complex. Otherwise, not sure what else is nearby.
