As soon as you walk in, you’ll be charmed by the colorful decor and spacious layout.

The apartment features:

- A BEAUTIFUL LIVING ROOM: Relax on a comfortable sofa, perfect for movie nights, and stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi. There is also a dining area with a table that seats 4 people.

- A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Prepare delicious meals just like at home. You’ll find: stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, as well as a Senseo coffee machine, a kettle, and everything you need for cooking.

- 2 QUIET BEDROOMS: Two bedrooms with standard-size beds (140x200cm) featuring high-quality bedding and a dressing area.

- A BATHROOM: Relax under a walk-in shower. Towels and a hair dryer are provided.


## Access

Access to the accommodation is simple and flexible. You’ll have the entire house to yourself so you can feel right at home.

SELF-CHECK-IN: You can check in independently starting at 3 PM using a key box. The code will appear in your digital welcome booklet at the time of your arrival.

PARKING: The property has a parking spot in front of the house, but you can also park very easily on the street.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT: You’re ideally located to explore the city. There are bus stops just down the street. The train station is a 20-minute walk away.

AVAILABILITY: Although check-in is self-service, we are available 7 days a week until 11 PM via messaging on the booking platform or by phone.

A bakery, grocery store, and pharmacy are all within a 10-minute walk of the apartment.

The local market in the Guierle parking lot on Saturday mornings, where you can discover regional products, is less than a 20-minute walk away.

FOR FOODIES: The neighborhood is full of restaurants, bars, and cafés. Don't miss La Halle Gaillarde, where you can sample the local specialty over brunch from Tuesday through Sunday.

## Notes

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take note of the following important information:
HOUSE RULES: The property is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Please be considerate of the neighbors between 10 PM and 8 AM.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 3 PM / Check-out by 10 AM. Flexibility is possible depending on our availability; please feel free to ask us. For any check-out between 11 AM and 1 PM, a supplement of €10 per hour will be charged.
CLEANING: Cleaning fees include a thorough cleaning of the accommodation as well as the provision of bed linens and household linens.
DEPOSIT: A deposit will be required if you book through certain platforms. It will not be charged to your account but will be held in reserve.
DIGITAL WELCOME GUIDE: A digital welcome guide will be sent to you as soon as your reservation is confirmed. To access this guide, you will need to enter your contact information, accept the house rules, and upload a copy of your ID.
