The BLACK DOLOMYTE Apartment is located in a historic building in the old town of Schilpario, a tourist destination at the foot of the Pizzo Camino range in the Dolomites.

The apartments feature a vintage style, with thick stone walls, wooden beam floors, frescoed ceilings, durable larch wood and marmorine tile floors, and feature contemporary furnishings and amenities. Portable electric oil-filled radiators. Hot water is provided by electric water heaters. Windows and doors are made of antique fir wood.

At the entrance, there is a hallway leading to the rooms: on the right, the kitchen with a dining area and a double bedroom with a balcony overlooking the Pizzo Camino mountain range; on the left, a spacious bedroom bathed in afternoon sun and the first bathroom. At the end of the hallway is a separate area consisting of a quadruple bedroom and the second bathroom.

Final cleaning included consists only of sanitization; tidying up and other services are excluded but can be arranged upon request. Bedding and towels are available upon request and subject to availability. Soap and detergents are not provided. Utility charges are extra for extended stays: please inquire in advance. Apartment for tourists only. A valid ID is required for every guest, including minors. Special deals and discounts are available at local bars, bakeries, and restaurants.
