Über diese apartment dieses Ferienunterkunft
Wake up to the sight of Florence’s majestic Duomo right outside your window. Set inside a historic palazzo in the very heart of the city, this stylish 807-sq-ft (75 m²) duplex blends elegant, minimalist design with an unbeatable location. Warm parquet floors, thoughtful lighting, and modern comforts create a welcoming atmosphere, while a private terrace overlooking the cathedral sets the scene for unforgettable breakfasts and sunset aperitivi. With restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and landmarks all around you, this is an easy, walk-everywhere base for couples, solo travelers, or a small family.
Spread across two levels, the apartment is designed for comfort and flow. The main level features a bright living area with a sofa, TV, dining table, and a characterful fireplace for cozy evenings. The fully equipped kitchen makes meals at home simple and stress-free, from a quick espresso to a leisurely dinner. Upstairs, the bedroom opens directly onto the private terrace with a front-row Duomo view, your own quiet corner above the city.
Two modern bathrooms, both with shower and bidet, make mornings easy and give everyone a bit of extra privacy.
Cook like a local or reheat your market finds. The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, and washing machine, plus the essentials for simple meals and longer stays. Dine at the indoor table or carry everything out to the terrace for open-air meals with the cathedral as your backdrop.
The furnished private terrace (table and chairs) looks directly toward the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. It’s perfect for a slow breakfast, a mid-day coffee, or a golden-hour aperitivo as the dome glows above the rooftops.
Couples, solo travelers, and small families seeking a refined city-center stay with iconic Duomo views, modern comforts, and a calm, inviting atmosphere inside a storied Florentine palazzo.
