Welcome to "Casa de las Fuentes," a charming Mediterranean-style retreat nestled in the heart of St. Augustine’s historic Lincolnville District. This cozy studio offers a private and stylish escape for your stay.
Step into your 300-square-foot studio, featuring a comfortable queen bed, living room, dining area, kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. Enjoy modern amenities including high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, and air conditioning. Relax in private courtyard just outside.

Our property features two distinct structures: the main residence up front and a beautifully converted back property housing two cozy studio units, perfect for Airbnb guests.
Studio offers a private, self-contained space designed for comfort and convenience. It also contains it's own private courtyard. Parking is available onsite, and the historic charm of St. Augustine is just steps away!

Parking & Check-In Instructions
After parking, please follow these steps to reach your studio at "Casa de las Fuentes":
Park in the designated area on the property.
Head to the far left side of the property, where you’ll find a walkway.
Follow the walkway, which leads directly to the private courtyard.
Your studio door is located just outside the courtyard—look for the sign reading "Casa de las Fuentes."
If you have any trouble, please message me through the Airbnb platform. Enjoy your stay!
Other things to note
Access Challenges: The pathway to enter the studio units in the back property requires navigating three stairs up and three stairs down, which may pose difficulties for those with limited mobility.
Bedroom Configuration: Studio apartment contains only one bed, making it unsuitable for additional guests or those requiring extra sleeping arrangements.
We recommend reviewing these details to ensure the space meets your needs. Thank you for your understanding!
Allergy Considerations: Our cleaning team has severe pet allergies, which prevents us from accommodating pets to ensure their health and safety while maintaining a clean environment for all guests.

Exactly as described. Room was clean. You have to step up/over high curbing and walk through their gravel front yard then up and down several stairs with no railing. The property listing didn't mention the gravel was loose or that there are no railings. There is a filtered water pitcher in the fridge but it must need a new filter because the water tastes worse than the tap water. Needless to say the coffee and tea we made was terrible. I ended up purchasing their bottled water. I'm assuming, by the build up on the shower head, they have hard water. In their attempt to provide EVERY thing guests might need, thete is no room in the shower or on the vanity for toiletries because the host has filled every space.

Casa de las Fuentes was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked through the door, we were in awe. Every inch of the home was beautifully decorated, with incredible attention to detail that made it feel very welcoming.The open kitchen and living room had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cookware, and a variety of appliances, plus thoughtful extras like snacks and beverages available for a small fee. The living room was cozy and inviting, featuring a comfortable couch, a large TV, games, books, and even scented candles that added to the relaxing atmosphere.The bathroom was spacious and had a beautiful oversized shower and many bathroom amenities. The bedroom was warm, cozy, and filled with thoughtful little touches that made it feel like home.One of our favorite features was the lovely courtyard. It was the perfect place to relax, surrounded by lush plants and a soothing water feature. In the evening, the twinkling lights created a magical atmosphere that made it even more special.Casa de las Fuentes exceeded our expectations in every way. Parking on site and a short walk to downtown. The thoughtful details, comfort, and beautiful surroundings made for a wonderful stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, charming getaway. The hosts were friendly and super nice people.
