Just minutes from the U.S. Capitol, Union Station, and the National Mall. Access is via a narrow but safe staircase typical of historic homes. High-speed internet and a dedicated workstation support remote work. A neighborhood market is directly across the street, with dining, transit, and landmarks all within easy walking distance.

Small apartment in DC just northeast of the Capital Building and close to the Union Station for trains. Location is excellent. Quiet neighborhood with restaurants and bars within walking distance. 3 flights of stairs and smaller space, but works for 2 people. I recommend using the rentable scooters or bikes to save money over using taxis or rideshare because of cost and DC traffic.

I stayed 6 nights. This is a comfortable, safe, clean apartment. The host was very responsive to my questions & requests. The double bed is very comfortable and rain shower head has great water pressure. The location is fantastic in the Capitol. Metro is a few short blocks away. The Urban kitchen across the street is fabulous- sandwiches, coffee & more. Grocery stores a few blocks away on H street. The unit I stayed at was on the 3 rd floor so ability to handle steps is required. I will put this on the top of my list for my next DC trip. Thank you , Luis & team.

The space was amazing! Perfect location for the work that I needed to do and we all enjoyed ourselves including the pup. Thank you again. We will definitely stay with you next time we are in DC!
