Areas of concernThe floors were dirty upon arrival - walking barefoot in the house you can feel the grim on the tile floor.The showers had hair from previous visitors You need to pay extra to use the jacuzzi The host reached out to charge for the pet fee. I paid the pet fee when I booked the house. The host reached out to provide evidence.The floors was saturated with dog hair from previous visitors. We ended up cleaning it our self.The dryer was not workingClose out requires you to cleanThere was a camera pointed at you at the pool.
