Welcome to your ultimate Frio River escape! REL3 is designed for large families or groups who want plenty of space, comfort, and the best views on the river.
🛏 Sleeping Setup (4 Bedrooms / 4.5 Baths)
Bedroom 1: King bed + private bath
Bedroom 2: Bunkroom with two queen-over-queen bunks + private bath
Bedroom 3: Bunkroom with one queen-over-queen bunks and one twin-over-twin bunks + bathroom (in hallway)
Bedroom 4: Queen bed + private bath
Extra: Half bath off the common area downstairs

You have full access to your rental.
* Check-in is at 3:00 pm. The cabin has a keyless entry system to make it easy for your arrival. Checkout is at 11:00 am. You do not need to check in or out at an office. You will receive your arrival instructions with your access code about a week before check-in.
* River access – you can access the river from our property (river area is deeper in this area) or you can walk outside of Oasis and down to the crossing and enter the river this way. This seems to be the easiest access for most.
In addition to this rental, we have several other rentals that can accommodate anywhere from 8 to 18 guests.

We provide a starter pack of essentials: 1 roll of paper towels, coffee filters, dish soap, hand soap, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and trash bags. Every bed is made with linens, comforters, pillows, and mattress pads. You’ll also have 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per guest, placed on the beds or in the bathrooms. Anything beyond the starter pack will be the guest’s responsibility to replenish during the stay.
Cell service is limited in the area. AT&T and T-Mobile typically work best here, but coverage can be spotty — a perfect excuse to unplug and enjoy the river!

It's a beautiful property that is well laid out. It's close to the river and has easy access for swimming and fishing. The home we stayed in had lots of seating for meals, two refrigerators, and a huge kitchen, so feeding 15 people was a breeze. There is a nice porch with a picnic table and some adirondack chairs from which you can hear the river. Very peaceful. Of course, we were there in December, so off season, but still very nice. The only thing that would make it better would be hand towels in the bathrooms.
