The open-plan American kitchen, modern and functional, is equipped with electric hobs, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle and all the utensils necessary to prepare delicious dishes.

On the sleeping side, the house offers several well-thought-out sleeping spaces: a first bedroom with a single trundle bed (90x190) gives access to a second bedroom with a large King Size bed (180x200). Upstairs, a mezzanine accessible by stairs in the living space accommodates two single beds (90x190), ideal for children or teenagers. The bathroom, equipped with a WC and a hairdryer, completes the set.



For added convenience, the house also has a washing machine, an iron as well as a private parking space in front of the property.
