Are you looking for a solution where you can relax immersed in the Dolomites? Apartment Iori is the right solution for you.

This renovated apartment in an independent cottage is located in the small square of the charming village of Penìa di Canazei, where time seems to have stopped.

Ancient barns, historic houses, wherever you turn you seem to relive the reality of a past time…imagine what a spectacle! The altitude of 1555 meters of the village will guarantee you pleasant cool evenings, ideal for those escaping the scorching summer heat of the cities!

The small supermarket 200 meters from the house will allow you to purchase the main products, for everything else you just need to go to Canazei, which is only 3 km away, or to Alba di Canazei, just 1 km away.

The ski lifts of Alba-Col dei Rossi are easily accessible at just 500 meters.

The apartment is located on the raised ground floor and is spread over two levels: on the lower level below the independent kitchen, the spacious living room with small balcony, the small bathroom with window and washing machine, upstairs instead the sleeping area develops, with a double bedroom and a master bedroom with balcony (for a total of 4 beds), master bathroom with bathtub and window. The view of Gran Vernel is breathtaking!

To best preserve the condition of the house, we only accept one small domestic animal.

The garage is the must-have of the house, as well as free wifi and relaxation, which here is guaranteed to say the least!
