The best feature of this property is its’ location to everything in the heart of Surf City! Walk 1/2 block to beach access #16 and only 2-3 blocks to shops, restaurants and a grocery store! The house is wonderful, very cozy and in a great location. Just like a 2 minute walk to the beach.Host is so very nice and responds quickly.We had a wonderful time. Will definitely stay here again when we come back down.

We had a fantastic stay at this house! The location is unbeatable—everything we wanted was within walking distance: shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, the pier, and plenty of nightlife options. The house itself was the perfect size for our family of five with three teenagers. We were steps away from the beach, which the kids loved, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Thank you!

We were very impressed with the house, location and cleanliness.We had an issue with the refrigerator and the owner responded immediately and had someone come fix it the same day.We have visited all parts of Topsail Island over the past 10 years and would definitely recommend staying here.
