I really liked the apartment. It’s in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, transport, and other convenient places. The house is neat, clean, and well maintained, and it has a comfortable and welcoming feel. Overall, it’s a lovely place to live and very convenient for everyday life.
The main thing I didn’t like was the black mould in the bathroom, as it doesn’t feel very clean or pleasant. I also think the bathroom could use a bit more ventilation and maintenance to help prevent the mould from coming back. Apart from that, I’m generally happy with the apartment.

Great location and facilities.
Not very clean, needs airing out.

The location was good for our planned activities.
This property was chosen specifically by its 9 rating.
It did not meet any of those standards in my experience.
