The staff were great and couldnt do more to help. We couldnt believe the standard whixh was superb compared with the cost.
Breakfast was good. The rooms were fabulous and the shower the best ive had in China.
The view from the bar stunning.
The only difficulty for me was the rooftop bar on L8. In itself it was lovely but no menu in English. The lift stops at level 6 and the stairs are steep. It wouldnt be possible for anyone in a wheelchair to get up there or get into the hotel easily as there was no ramp and 2 steps.

This was my favorite stay in China. The hotel has a fantastic location next door to top city attractions. The rooms are very modern, well equipped and super clean. The beds extra comfortable. Breakfast was good. The roof top terrace is amazing. The staff was the best from restaurant to spa to reception and most of all the travel desk who helped organize tours and support with any need

The service and quality of the rooms stands out as excellent. We had a fantastic view and the hotel even gave us an upgrade on our second visit! Breakfast was varied and tasty, and very helpful staff were on hand at all times to answer any questions.
Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Guilin

The bathroom was excellent and very clean. The restaurant was also very good. The best part of the hotel was the staff — they were extremely kind, friendly, welcoming and helpful, and I truly appreciate their hospitality.
Unfortunately, the location was very disappointing. Our windows faced very close residential buildings and apartments in poor condition, which made the view unpleasant and gave us very little privacy. The room was not comfortable, and the overall design of the hotel felt old and dated.
In my opinion, the hotel does not meet the standard I would expect from a 4-star property. Based on the location, views, design and overall experience, I would personally consider it closer to a 3-star hotel. I was surprised by its star classification.
