I liked the location of the apartment, everything is very close by and it is fairly easy to move around

I stayed for 8 nights, the apartment had some failures like the sink of the toilet was clogged and the support of the toilet paper was loose. The cleaning team, definitely knew about these issues but even so they gave the OK as the apartment it's ready for the me (next guest). This company is a large landlord of short term rental. Therefore, they do not care about anything more than charging their money. The check in is very late at around 16:00 and the check out is extremely early at 11:00 they are not very flexible with this. I expressed to them my concerns about these faults with the rented apartment. They told me that they will follow up and send someone to address the issues, they failed miserably. No one took contact with these issues. As said they are only interested in maximizing their profit, what happens with the tenant is not so much of their interest.
