Beautiful views from the windows, excellent and very friendly staff, a stylish interior, and beautifully maintained surroundings. Everything is thoughtfully designed and well taken care of

There is no air conditioning, only a fan, which made noise and disturbed our sleep. The pillows were very uncomfortable — too hard and too high. The food was not really to our taste. We also missed having bathrobes, as it would have been much more convenient to go to the spa wearing them instead of having to change into our own clothes. There was also no clear place to leave our clothes in the spa area. Another major issue was the extremely unpleasant smell coming from the toilet. It was very strong and really affected our comfort during the stay.

Absolutely amazing place. The team are such nice people and so welcoming and helpful throughout. It's hard to describe how beautiful it is there, must be seen to be believed. The facilities are outstanding too. Sauna, cold plunge and great gym.

This place is all about the view, and to be honest it is stunning! The villas are built on a steep hillside with an elevated outlook across Munduk and the hills. The design of the villas takes full advantage of the view, with big windows, large balconies and timber benches the perfect places to enjoy the outlook. The resort is within walking distance of a number of stunning waterfalls, as well as a handful of local warungs with great local food and drink options. . A golf buggy is available for transport up and down the hill.

No alcohol is sold within the resort, so if you want to enjoy the view with a cold beer or a glass of wine, you're out of luck, unless you're organised and have brought your own.. There's no way to play music in the villa - not even a radio (or TV) which means a lot of the time you're sitting in silence looking at the view. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but a wireless speaker of some sort would've made the villa a more relaxing environment. Also worth noting that the restaurant menu is fairly limited in terms of Indonesian / Balinese food - it seems to focus on Western dishes, burgers etc, which probably suits a lot of families with kids, but we were a bit disappointed. Also be aware that the resort pool is quite small and attached to a kids' waterside, and in full view of the restaurant terrace. This makes sense for parents who want to keep an eye on their kids in the pool, but probably won't be very appealing for adult guests.

Pràcticament tot. L’allotjament és espectacular i les instal·lacions estan molt cuidades. Les habitacions, la vila, les zones comunes, la piscina, l’spa… tot ha estat de 10. Però si hem de destacar alguna cosa per sobre de la resta és el personal. Han estat súper atents amb nosaltres durant tota l’estada i no ens ha faltat absolutament de res. Tothom, des de recepció fins als cambrers del restaurant, ha estat molt amable, professional i sempre disposat a ajudar. A més, parlen molt bé anglès, cosa que facilita molt qualsevol gestió. Ofereixen pràcticament qualsevol servei que puguis necessitar: taxis i trasllats, lloguer de motos, excursions, servei d’habitacions, menjar a la vila… Només cal preguntar i ells s’encarreguen de tot. El restaurant també mereix una menció especial. Ha estat, fins ara, el millor restaurant on hem menjat durant el nostre viatge per Bali. És més car que menjar en un warung local, evidentment, però la qualitat del menjar i el servei estan a un nivell molt alt i per nosaltres ha valgut totalment la pena. La ubicació també ens ha agradat molt per descobrir la zona de Munduk, especialment perquè hi ha diverses cascades molt boniques molt a prop de l’allotjament. En general, una estada fantàstica. És d’aquells llocs on realment notes que cuiden l’experiència del client i on és molt fàcil desconnectar i gaudir de Munduk.

L’únic punt negatiu que destacaria és l’accés a les viles. Des de recepció cal agafar un buggy per arribar-hi, ja que el complex té unes pujades realment empinades. Es pot fer caminant, però les costes són força dures, especialment si has estat tot el dia fent excursions. Dit això, el personal està sempre disponible per portar-te amb el buggy, així que no ha suposat un problema important durant la nostra estada.
