The staff, the cleanness, and the location. Antonio is such a caring person. He gave us a warm welcome and provided free rides to the metro the first day, and airport to take a taxi to the train station very early next morning. You are in good hands when you stay at this hotel.

If you need good accommodation near Linate Airport, stay here. There are so many kind and thoughtful extra touches it feels like luxury. The hotel is new and the room is spotless. The pick up from the airport is fast and easy and you can easily walk back to the airport to catch the Metro downtown. The staff are lovely and respond quickly to all communication. The free treats in the room are wonderful - it is just a lovely place to stay! Will be back!!
Nothing - it is perfect!
