The villa is so cozy, the host is really helpful and flexible. Villa is located in the heart of gouna but still quite and relaxing

Kids friendly where my kids enjoyed the toys

Everything, the cleanliness, the location, there’s nothing bad at all about that property

Le calme de la villa, l'équipement, la décoration.

Rien.

The villa is spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you might need – from the kitchen to the small details that make you feel at home. The location is outstanding: very central in El Gouna, just a short distance from Downtown and the Marina, yet the area is quiet and peaceful. The private lagoon front and the wide garden are truly special – we spent most of our time relaxing by the water and enjoying the view. A big part of our great experience was our host, Tea. She is incredibly kind, responsive, and professional. She made check-in and check-out very smooth, answered all our questions quickly. You can really feel that she cares about her guests and wants them to have a memorable stay. Overall, this villa is an exceptional choice for families or groups looking for comfort, privacy, and a beautiful lagoonfront setting in El Gouna. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
