Location, privacy, room, balcony

No bathroom storage Not enough toilet paper Very small shower/wet room Had to get assistance for hot water as another switch had been turned off, preventing the grey switch from working It would be good if there were photos attached to check in Instructions as I wasn’t sure I had the right place until I found someone working there. Photos of the building and key pads would help

We didn’t get the info about how to access the property until 30 minutes after we arrived (our flight to Athens was delayed, we arrived at 11.45 pm We only happened to access the building as a resident let us in and informed us the host brother had an apartment. We got him out of bed. He phoned the host who sent the access codes after 10 minutes. I phoned first the number given by booking. Com and it went to answer phone. We could have been left standing on the street. It was very stressful. Next day the pool code didn’t work that we had been sent by the host. Another 30 minutes after wait for a new code. ALL TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE
