Amazing place to stay in Zurich. I wish if you have elevators that would be great

The front desk lady was super friendly

Very convenient location and walkable to different locations.

I couldn't drop off luggage beforehand like other hotels but it was fine, I put the bags in storage while we waited for the room to be ready. I got a what's app message early at 1pm that the room was ready and entry was so smooth. Room was perfect for my son and I the sofa bed was already made up when we got in. There is a supermarket very close nearby and it wasn't too far from the train station. We didn't have any noise at night either. I knew there wasn't an elevator but I was grateful we were only on the first floor but we packed lightly so we were ready if it ended up being the 5th floor. Loved it! Will be back if I need a kitchen next time.
