We loved this atmospheric and characterful bungalow. It's really cosy, quiet, private and very comfortable. The shops and restaurants are literally around the corner, and it's a short walk to the beach.

Although we loved the period bathroom we found getting the water temperature of the shower very tricky. We would suggest that WiFi and a hairdryer would be useful additions.

We found Bailey's Estate agents very helpful and friendly. The house's fixtures and fittings were still there from possibly the 50's 60's sort of era which is not a negative! It was very clean and well kept and cool in the searing heat we had last week. The Verandah was the best part, providing shade and a lovely place to eat. The kids enjoyed the dvds and playing in the garden. The bunkbed room was very light in the mornings in spite of us putting up our blackout blind we'd brought with us. That room had a fan. The kitchen was well equipped apart from not having a freezer apart from the small one in the fridge. The location couldn't have been better, close to the beach and shops. There's plenty of places to eat or buy takeaway food. We would definitely stay there again.

Good location. Property was spacious. Easy walk to the beach and local shops. The outside space was enjoyed by all.

Dated bathroom with difficult temperature control of water. Difficult driveway for parking and could only park one car.
