This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features an open-concept living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and an additional family room for extra space to relax. Step outside to enjoy the expansive backyard or explore the nearby lakes and hiking trails. Whether you seek adventure or tranquility, this space offers the best of both worlds!
The Property
There’s so much to see and do from our 12-acre property, which features a sprawling backyard that extends down to Lovell River. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings or take a short ten-minute drive to Ossipee Lake. Centrally located between two hotspots, it’s just a 35-minute drive to North Conway Village and 40 minutes to Lake Winnipesaukee and the Lakes Region.

What a gem of a location!! Lots to do local and even a little further out (within 1hr drive). Our children and fur babies loved it here. The peaceful nature noises at night, the sunset views, the comfortable home. 10 out of 10.
