Welcome to The Reef (#B2) – your home away from home, time and time again. We’re delighted to have you here!
Our brand-new apartments are perfectly located in the heart of Waihi Beach town, just a short stroll through the park to the beach. Whether you're here for a family holiday, a trip with friends, or a relaxing couples’ retreat, The Reef offers a comfortable stay for every kind of getaway.
These apartments are brand new, and we’re absolutely thrilled to be hosting you at The Reef! As we’re just getting started, your feedback is incredibly valuable to us — we’d love to hear about your experience.
Please note: the apartment includes two sets of stairs. Keep this in mind if you’re travelling with young children or if stairs may be difficult for someone in your group.

Welcome to your brand-new Waihi Beach escape – the perfect place to relax, unwind, and make lasting memories.

Located just a short walk through the park to the beach and right in the heart of town, this modern apartment is ideal for families, couples, or friends looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway.
🛋️ The Space
A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need: stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee plunger, large fridge-freezer, and all cooking essentials.
Three bar stools at the kitchen bench – perfect for casual dining or morning coffee.
Relax in the lounge with a comfy sofa, wall-mounted TV, and a dining table for shared meals.
Step outside to your own outdoor space with a bar leaner, stools, and two lounge chairs – great for soaking up the sun.
🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements
Bedroom 1 (Second Floor): Queen bed with private ensuite, including toilet and rain shower.
Bedroom 2 (Third Floor): Queen bed, park views, lots of natural light, and a large wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 (Third Floor): Two single beds with a spacious wardrobe – perfect for kids or extra guests.
🛁 Bathrooms & Laundry
Ensuite in Bedroom 1 with a rain shower
Full bathroom on the third floor
Laundry room with a laundry basin (please note: no washing machine or dryer)
🚗 Parking & Storage
Private garage with space for two cars stacked, or for your jetski, boat, or beach gear.

Beautifully place. Compact but well laid out. The stairs are a little concern for older people and young kids. Overall very clean and all amenities as described

Everything is new and fresh . We would like to make one suggestion for the bedrooms up-stairs , they would be good with a heat-pump in each one to cool the rooms down . Hot air rises ......and it was hot up there .....mostly because of the weather . Just something that would have made it perfect ,. Absolutely fantastic otherwise .
