Property is located in the community of Summer Salt. Make yourself at home! Guests have full access to the entire house and community pool area.

☀ Pool is open year round from 8:00am-10:00pm and is not heated but typically stays warm enough to swim through October and into November
☀ We use a fantastic house cleaning company that provides clean bedding, towels/wash cloths, and a starter kit for each new guest that includes 1 use of the following items to get you started for your trip: Dishwasher soap, liquid dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and laundry detergent.

☀ Monthly Stays Available!

In the months of November through February enjoy a longer getaway with a discounted rate of $100 per night plus taxes and fees for stays longer than 28 days. Message us for details!
