Great spot for me and my friends. Really lovely little home and it was perfect.

We stayed to visit our kid in town. The place was in a perfect loaction...live music at the LaurelThirst Tavern, great beer at MigrationBrewery, and wonderful Haitian food at TapTap.
The space was well furnished, but be aware it has the bare bone basics for the kitchen. Coffee, and acouple of spice jars. No toaster.
I hung out on the front porch and enjoyed the coffee and reading. No back yard access as noted.

Excellent ADU and is as advertised.Great beds, very clean, in a lovely neighborhood close to great restaurants.Parking is on the street.
