Stayed during SOF Week — Excellent ExperienceMy colleagues and I stayed here during SOF Week in Tampa and could not have asked for a better setup. The house was large, extremely clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for both work and downtime. The space made it easy for a group to stay together without feeling crowded.One unexpected highlight was the pool — it became our spot for morning plunges before long days of meetings and events. Small detail, but it made a big difference to the overall experience.The property was well equipped, well maintained, and exactly what we hoped for during a busy week. If you’re traveling with a group, especially for work or events, this place is an easy recommendation. We’d absolutely stay here again.

This house was in a perfect location! My husband and I loved Davis Island and the cute restaurants. It is in a very quiet and lovely neighborhood. It was an extremely easy check-in and the host, Laura, couldn’t have been nicer!

Loved the home. Laura was a wonderful host. Only complaint was there were no curtains on any of the main living area windows. The listing photos do not show curtains but I just never considered the possibility. They were in the bedrooms though. It’s a great location in a safe part of town. It was just the right size for our family of 4.
