The staff from check in onwards were very friendly and so helpful. The breakfast buffet was great. The location of the hotel and on site parking was great , perfect for visiting the historical sites around Fabriano, and not to far for the Frassasi caves. It's a really beautiful hotel-extremely good value for the quality.

Stanza pulitissima ordinatissima e molto ampia. Staff molto cortese e molto professionale. Posizione perfetta e parcheggio in loco molto comodo. Non abbiamo usufruito della spa per motivi di tempo. Ottima la colazione con ampia scelta sia per il dolce che per il salato. Ah dimenticavo...per chi lascia le recensioni su strutture e camere per gli altri utenti solo se funziona bene il WiFi...funziona e molto bene

Location was lovely, room had a very nice terrace, breakfast was nice.

We reserved two beds and a terrace and prepaid for it on booking.com. They would not honor it and said they didn't have a room other than a single. What made me upset was that the older gentlemen waiting on us was incredibly rude about it and as I explained that is what was confirmed and he said " Well thats not our problem take it up with booking.com". I told him that I wanted to speak to someone who would be more helpful. He then got all flustered and said oh we can upgrade you to another room with twin beds but without a terrace. I did not see how that would be an upgrade. And the offer only came after I wanted to escalate the conversation with someone else. Additionally, we booked the hotel because it had a restaurant and we had been driving all day, he said the restaurant was closed for the season. Hence, as beautiful as the property was, service does make a difference and if he would have been understanding, it would have been a different rating. Booking also needs to make sure their information is accurate. So disappointed with both services.
