Great location on outskirts of main downtown area. Walking distance to great coffee houses, brew pubs, restaurants... Quiet residential street, just 1.5 blocks from a super grocery. I particularly liked the outdoor terrace - ate virtually every meal there.
They said parking isn't available, but didn't suggest what to do. Luckily I found a rent-by-the-month place from Diamond Parking, just a few blocks away. Otherwise, city parking is $30/day and you have to keep moving your car.

We loved & greatly appreciated this most artistic & comfortable accommodation with amazing style, details, & interior design! Our stay in the duplex was marvelous & the location perfect. We were so grateful to find this beautiful, all-around place (lodging, home, & yard) that added to our visit in Vancouver & surrounding areas. And we, most fortunately, got the opportunity to meet the Host, who is so very kind & helpful! What a pleasure.
The light switches were a little tricky to figure out, but this would NOT ever stop us from returning :)
