Lovely family who runs the property, very welcoming

It set us up for the week , nothing that I can say was bad

Convenient location, clean and tidy, comfortable, pet friendly.

Exactly how they said.

Exactly as expected. Internet was slow

The towels were fresh

- no hot water - no linen provided for singles. Kids slept with the doona and pillow only Pedestal fans didn’t work despite trying different electrical sockets - this was promoted as a ‘motel’ however it is not. It is an old apartment in a residential complex that has had a lick of paint. This is a misrepresentation. May I suggest spending a little money and fixing the broken cupboard, replacing the old dirty kitchen blind and possibly a new toilet. The sofa is also a bit beaten up and bent back. An air / short-stay apartment really does require a bit more decor and atmosphere for people to feel happy spending almost $300.
