Great staff
Good property
Amazing breakfast
Location - it is in a cliff with a steep climb that many tuktuks refuse. Tough to stay here with a small kid or with elderly

This is a small and friendly hotel, newly constructed with plans to extend and add a pool. Good location a few minutes walk from the main strip of restaurants and bars. Staff were great.
The property is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties as it’s up a big hill. We stayed in the villa at the top of the property- it had a straw roof and the monkeys would jump and run over it. Not the hotel problem, just a monkey problem! No criticism to the hotel as they were brilliant.

Very large rooms and very helpful & friendly staff
It was very high up on a steep hill that could not be accessed by car. They had to get their tuk tuk to bring us and our luggage up. It was still very new and smelled of concert and had concrete dust on the floor.
