Was perfect.. I love a balcony also.
I couldn’t work out how to use the fancy coffee machine. But that’s my fault lol.

New, very spacious, comfortable apt with a balcony. Simau on reception was a delight, making us feel very welcome. We appreciated the room upgrade for the 3 nights we were there! Great location … we’ll stay there again!

Great location, great customer service, spacious and well appointed apartment.
Nothing of significance but still some building work happening. We know it is a rental apartment but a little wall decoration just to give a personal touch.

we did like the location and the big open space as you walk into the apartment.
There was blue tape left on the ceiling left over from previous painting, some of the fire detectors on the ceiling were painted and had plaster caked on them. One of the cupboards was filled with dirt in the laundry. The fridge handle was loose and rattled, the fridge always beeped as well, we had to play with the buttons in the fridge to get it to stop. I didn’t get photos of the tape but it was above the kitchen area.
