Friendly host, easy to get in. Residential neighborhood a quiet area.

1. Quite a strong smell of cigarettes on the ground floor and attic Bedroom. 2. No shower, rather has a bath tub and too difficult to control the water temp. 3. Big bedroom in the attic has a noisy mechanical ventilator that makes lots of sudden noises and is difficult to sleep & keeps you awake. 4. Kitchen is full of wine glasses of various sizes but doesn't provide a proper set of decent water glasses. It is overstuffed with crockery which is not useful.
