With an open-concept living and dining area, this third-floor retreat (no elevator) is perfect for families and groups who want room to spread out and plenty to do without ever leaving the neighborhood.
The living room features a comfy sectional, smart TV with streaming and cable, and private balcony access, ideal for morning coffee, board games, or unwinding with a drink at the end of a beach day. Sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms (two on the main floor, two upstairs), three of which include en suite bathrooms and their own TVs for extra privacy.
Community Highlights:
Outdoor pool and hot tub (open seasonally between Memorial Day and Labor Day)
Tennis, pickleball, volleyball, and basketball courts
Direct access to Indian River Bay for kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, and crabbing
On-site public golf course (fees apply)
Amenity badges provided at check-in (ages 10+)
Perfect for Remote Work & Long Stays:

In-unit washer and dryer
Guest starter pack (bathroom toiletries, dish and laundry packets, sponges, paper towels) to help you settle in on arrival — not intended to cover your full stay.

Please note: this home is not on the beach shuttle route, and the fitness center is reserved for community residents.

The house was spacious, very clean and attractively decorated. Probably one of the nicest rentals we've had. The walking path around the property was perfect for my 5yr olds bike. We had some trouble getting pool passes, but we're eventually let into the pool by some neighbors.

We love everything about it especially the decorations. We will definitely be back to rent again.
