Downfalls were elevator messed up the day of arrival for two days and we were at the top floor so getting luggage up that many stairs was a challenge. I know things mess up though, that is just life. Master bed was extremely uncomfortable definitely needs a new mattress and the jacuzzi jets didn't work. Master bedroom also stayed very cold compared to rest of house. We used a plug in heater and it still stayed condo. There were exactly the number of towels for each guest, no extra and the washing machine barely held a load. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The kids loved it and having a bathroom per room was ideal for our bunch with having 4 boys .
