1. Guest must be 24 years old to rent.
2. Guest must E-sign our rental agreement within 48 hours
3. MAX Occupancy of 20 guests. No unregistered guests allowed. Should the number of guests exceed this maximum, the reservation is subject to cancellation.
4. No Street parking allowed.
5. No more than 2 dogs under 50 lb each allowed. If you bring a pet without authorization, you will be charged $1,000. Curbing your dog is required. No dogs on furniture allowed.
6. No Smoking on the property. If any of the guests smoke inside the house, you will be subject to a $750.00 Ozone cleaning fee.
7. Parties: Large parties with guests not staying on premises is prohibited and subject to a $600.00 additional cleaning fee.
8. No soiled shoes allowed inside the house. Towels for muddy paws are provided. Do not use white towels for dogs.
9. Disclosures: There are security cameras on the EXTERIOR of the home only for security reasons and to protect our guests and homeowner. In addition, there will be electronic monitoring of excessive noise and smoke.
10. Quiet Hours are from 10:00 pm through 8:00 am.

The house and cottage worked great for our guys golf and bourbon trip. We had 12 guys and everyone had their own bed and plenty of bathrooms to accommodate us. The house was clean and met our expectations. We did have a couple of issues during our week stay, but the host was fast to respond and took care of the issues in a reasonable time frame.

We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed while still feeling quiet and relaxing. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in and check-out effortless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

We had a family friendly NYE break at this amazing home. It was a perfect space to get decompress from the holiday season. It was great to have the separate spaces, so everyone always felt comfortable. The beds and linens were cozy and well decorated. I loved the small extra touches like games, night lights and labeled kitchen drawers. I know when staying at rental homes it is necessary to bring my own dry goods (paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, plastic utensils, etc.,) it was nice to have some of those coffee supplies and laundry detergent available when it isn't always expected. The only thing I felt like it was light on was bath towels. There were bath towels and towels for the hot tub available which I appreciate. The bath towels, hand and floor towels barely covered our needs. I could have easily packed extra but didn't see anything in the notes that only the minimal would be supplied. This however, in no way is a deterrent from recommending or returning to this Kentucky retreat! It's a must visit!

Great place and appreciated the one night stay duration for our stop on a trip. Most places of this size do not accommodate a one night stay. This was perfect for our two family trip!
