Lovely boutique style hotel an easy walk to the lake and Sirmieno centre. Michelle on reception was great, all staff were to be fair and most had very good English. Rooms are clean, modern and bed comfy. Parking also easy and secure. Grazie.

The front of house staff were very helpful and friendly and gave us a very nice room checked in 2 hours early.
The hotel is new and modern, we had a small leak in our bathroom which was reported but could not be fixed. Breakfast was quite basic for the price of this hotel, especially the choice of meats and cheeses which are greater elsewhere.
When we booked it looked like the hotel had a restaurant and spa. However, these are by discounted arrangements with other providers which was a small disappointment.
