Bright 1-bedroom apartment with a terrace overlooking the sea in the heart of Los Cristianos, just a 5-minute walk from the beach, perfect for couples
It is fully equipped for a comfortable vacation: a bedroom with two single beds, free Wi-Fi, a Samsung Smart TV, air conditioning, a safe, kitchen appliances, and a washing machine. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a hair dryer, towels, and bath mats. Fresh bed linens are provided in the bedrooms.
The apartment has been completely renovated to ensure a comfortable stay. The room features comfortable beds for a good night’s sleep. The beds can be pushed together to form a queen-size bed.
The dining area is open to the living room, where the Smart TV and Wi-Fi are located.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, a microwave, and a mini-fridge that also has a small freezer compartment large enough to store ice, frozen food, or ice cream. A washing machine is also installed in the kitchen.
Upon your arrival, you will receive a Welcome Kit (drinking water, juice, wine, ham and cheese, crackers, and sweets).
Although the building doesn’t have a dedicated garage, you won’t need one! The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the city, with everything you could need—restaurants, shops, attractions, and the beach—just a short walk away. If you’re driving, there are plenty of parking options nearby, so you’ll always find a spot close to the apartment. It’s the perfect blend of convenience, accessibility, and coastal charm!

Due to the evolution of the COVID-19 pandemic, our cleaning procedures have been enhanced. The apartment undergoes thorough disinfection, cleaning, and preparation between stays.
An optional satellite TV service is available (English, German, French, or Russian channels). 35 euros per stay; this must be requested in advance.
We provide a baby crib (for children up to 1.5 years old), a high chair, a baby bathtub, and a changing mat if you’re traveling with a baby. Free of charge. Please request these items in advance.
