Lovely large flat with views to the sea. The flat had everything we needed and comfortable spaces to relax in and to set out to explore the Pembrokeshire coastline. There are pubs, a shop and cafe just next to the property. It was quiet and great to fall asleep listening to the waves.

Pebble Reach is a super first floor apartment just yards away from the glorious sandy beach at Amroth. Set above the owners gift shop on the sea front. It enjoys the most stunning views out to sea, Carmarthen Bay is layed before you and on a clear day you can see Worms Head, the Gower Peninsula and round to Monkstone View and Caldey Island.Relaxing in the sitting room when the tide is in, it almost feels like you are floating on the glistening blue water and you can listen to the waves gently breaking on the beach pebbles. Your own stairs lead up to this comfortable holiday home with a fitted kitchen/diner opening to the sitting room. The double bedroom offers the same wonderful views out to sea, while there is a further twin room and spacious bathroom with bath to soak away any aches and pains, as well as a practical shower cubicle. On the paved terrace to the front of the gift shop is a picnic bench for you to enjoy, relax with a fresh morning coffee from the nearby café or settle down to an alfresco meal, while you watch the world go by and soak up the views over the beach and out to sea. Perfectly positioned in the popular seaside village of Amroth, there is a selection of cafes and pubs to enjoy right on your doorstep. The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path starts in Amroth and is the ideal way to explore this stunning coastline either heading west over the headland to Wiseman’s Beach and through the historical tunnels, a reminder of this area’s industrial coal mining past to the bustling Saundersfoot with its harbour and selection of pubs, restaurants and shops, as well as 2 glorious sandy beaches. There are several beach-side pubs and restaurants that you can stop for refreshments while on your travels. For a real treat, enjoy a meal at Lan y Mor Restaurant at Coppet Hall overlooking the beach. Try your hand at a host of water sports, kayaking and paddle-boarding are popular activities. Further afield is the seaside town of Tenby with its medieval city walls, quaint cobbled streets and picturesque harbour, take a boat trip to visit the monastic island of Caldey. Alternatively head east from Amroth taking up the Carmarthen Coastal Path, there are a number of sandy beaches and hidden coves along the way to Pendine Beach, 7 miles of golden beach, once the site of Sir Malcolm Campbell’s land speed record, The Museum of Land Speed to see the restored Babs, is well worth a visit. Laugharne, home of Dylan Thomas, is only a short drive away, explore his two-mile birthday walk inspiration for Poem in October, to see the sights, calling in at The Boathouse and his Writing Shed. There is something for everyone with a variety of family attractions nearby including Great Wedlock Farm & Deer Park, Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo and Manor Wildlife Park, while keen golfers will enjoy the variety of golf courses to try in the area.Pebble Reach is a welcoming holiday apartment, perfect for couples and families to enjoy right beside Amroth Beach, whatever the time of year.
