Enjoy a wonderful holiday in this modern holiday home with private pool and sea view.

This resort in the picturesque town of Tar harmoniously combines luxury with the natural beauty of the Istrian landscape. All villas are designed as private units, each with its own garden, pool and car park to offer residents maximum comfort and privacy. There is also a central building with reception.

The interiors emphasise warmth and functionality, characterised by minimalist design and high-quality materials. Relax in the open-plan living area with a comfortable sofa, modern furniture and large panoramic windows. Use the elegant dining area for meals together or prepare culinary delights in the beautiful kitchen.

Step outside and enjoy the luxury of the private pool, which is directly accessible from the terrace. Lie down on one of the sun loungers and relax in the sun. Use the covered area for your first cup of coffee in the morning or spend the evening here with a glass of wine. The first floor also offers a beautiful view of the sea.

Visit the charming village of Tar with its restaurants and small shops. Go on excursions to Pore with its UNESCO-protected Euphrasian Basilica or to Novigrad with its lively harbour. Explore the wine routes and sample regional specialities in the konobas.
