The room, located on the second floor of a traditional "Angevin"-style house inhabited by the host, is close to training centers such as UCO and ESA, as well as the Jean Bouin swimming pool. The city center and SNCF train station are about 20 minutes away and can be reached by bus (lines 1 and 7) in under 10 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet and offers many nearby food shops.
The private room on the second floor provides a peaceful and comfortable environment. The bathroom, located on the first floor, is reserved exclusively for guests’ use.
