This property was great and the hosts were fantastic! The only reason I rated it slightly lower in the cost section is because for a two night stay (even thought I booked months in advance) it was quite expensive. That being said Banff and Canmore accommodations are very expensive during peak season (June - September). Otherwise the place was clean, accommodated our family comfortably and the hosts were very receptive with any questions or problems.

Excellent property, Excellent amenities in the apartment. Very well maintained and speedy responses to any questions or issues with appliance use. Only thing to note is that is an apartment and we got a 2nd floor unit which was not clear from the listing itself. No regrets though. Very accessible to all the areas in Banff. For other folks looking, please note that the parking is underground and covered but can only accept vehicles up to 7 ft 6 in tall. We had a passenger for our group and could not park. Street parking was difficult to get depending on when you arrived.

The property management company was very communicative and responsive. We had a few issues while staying there with an electrical alarm going off and they helped us to resolve them with the building maintenance team.My rating of this property is based on the fact that it is much more tired than the photos and description. This is not "top luxury". One of the kitchen drawers is literally screwed together on the outside and so the drawer keeps opening into you when you are trying to cook. The unit was clean but the rugs could do we a clean as they were stainedBeds very comfy and the unit was quiet. We enjoyed the pool for the kids although it is much smaller than it looks in the photos.Amenities on site are good and location is also good.
