Duara Ubud Wooden Suite

Eigenlijk niets

I really loved the warmth of the people that work there. They are very attentive and provide personal care. The rooms are also really well maintained and the mattress is very comfortable. When I'm back in Ubud, this will be the first place I will search for and if it has availability I will book again without a 2nd thought.

Nothing to complain about

Great Pool, cozy space and really nice garden. The best thing is the location: it's located right in the center of Ubud but in a little oasis of rice patties and surrounded by good coffees.

The little huts are not really soundproof and you can hear the people outside.

The staff was kind and very helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated their support with our booking modification and luggage assistance, and their kindness toward us. However, our overall experience was more mixed. Access to the property was quite difficult, which became challenging especially when feeling tired or unwell. The mattress was very firm for our personal preference, and the breakfast did not meet our expectations. The place itself has charm and the team genuinely tries to help guests, but for us the comfort and overall experience did not fully match what we were hoping for.
