The flat is fantastic, clean, spacious, with everything you need. Fabulous bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Responsive host who sorted out any issues very quickly. It's close to lots of cool bars and restaurants in St Paul's and close to our daughter's university accommodation so was perfect for us.

We found it a bit difficult to get into the flat at first (went to the front door when I got the key but should have entered via the open back door). We had a big issue with the parking - not the fault of the flat. We parked between the bollards as instructed, leaving space to get in and out. Someone unconnected with the flats parked in this space and blocked our exit. We had to leave the car there all day as the owner didn't return. Eventually he arrived at about 6.30 in the evening, was very rude about the whole situation and drove off. As the parking is not exclusively for the flats, I'd suggest finding somewhere on the road to park to avoid this - apparently he parks there often.

Nicely decorated. Comfortable bed. Spacious.

The outside space needs a bit of attention as mouldy carpet outside and a bucket of mouldy water with cigarette butts in just outside the door. shower was blocked so flooded the bathroom floor.

Easy to access and spacious for 5 of us. High ceilings and plenty of lights. Good access to Bristol centre. Internals cleaned to an exceptional standard. Host communicated fantastically before and during the stay.

Some rubbish was left from previous group outside. Can be a little noisy at night.

It was nicely designed, modern and clean

It needs some maintenance and the entrance was very off putting. You enter the building around the back where a metal entrance gate was hanging half off its hinges and was difficult to get through with some open rubbish bags. It didn’t feel safe. Inside various things were broken and need mending or replacing. We found the key to the patio doors to the garden was snapped in half so we couldn’t open the doors and it was a very hot day.
