Excellent and pleasant host

What an amazing place to stay. You get a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony, all totally separate from the host's accommodation. Our host was welcoming, friendly, informative and helpful, but not intrusive and left us to enjoy our stay. A light breakfast was provided, which was plenty and very refreshing in the morning. Great facility, comfortable bed, warm and spotless.
I wasn't on holiday.

It was spacious, clean, comfortable, tasteful and welcoming. The heaters and lights were on when we arrived.

Very clean, tidy and warm. All the supplies you need for a comfortable stay. Had a separate lounge room and bedroom and fully equipped bathroom. All of which were spacious. Ross was very friendly and helpful, greeting us on arrival and gave recommendations for dinner.
We went to the Sprig and Fern which we really enjoyed.
We slept really well. The room was dark and it was a quiet, peaceful location.
I wasn’t fully aware when I booked this accommodation it was within Ross’s home and there was shared access, however we had the upstairs rooms and the rest of the home was at the back so it was quite separate.
The bed was a little firm, but that is purely personal preference.
